STONEPILEllc is a private higher education institution that offers an Associate of Applied Science in Construction (60 credits), a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction (120 credits), and a Master of Applied Science in Prefabrication, Modular, and Offsite Construction (30 credit hours). All programs are offered 100% online/distance learning.
Tuition at STONEPILEllc is $200 per credit hour for AAS and BAS, and $300 per credit for MAS. Tuition for the Associate of Applied Science in Construction is $12,000. Tuition for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction is $24,000. Tuition for the Master of Applied Science in Prefabrication, Modular, and Offsite Construction is $9,000.

STONEPILEllc has open enrollment that allows for admission at any time, with student start date at the beginning of any of the three semesters each year (Fall, Spring, Summer). To apply, click on our “Apply Now” button at the top of the page.
- The Associate of Applied Science in Construction program is 60 total credit hours. Each semester for full-time students will consist of 15 credit hours (5 three-credit-hour classes). Students enrolled in 3 semesters a year can complete this program in less than two years (4 semesters).
- The Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction program is 120 total credit hours. Each semester for full-time students will consist of 15 credit hours (5 three-credit-hour classes). Students enrolled in 3 semesters a year can complete this program in less than three years (8 semesters).
- The Master of Applied Science in Prefabrication, Modular, and Offsite Construction program is 30 total credit hours. The first four semesters for full-time students will consist of 6 credit hours (2 three-credit-hour classes). The fifth semester Master’s Thesis will be a 6-credit class. Students enrolled in 3 semesters a year can complete this program in less than two years (5 semesters).
