With May being college decision time and June the month where students are thinking about vacation—it’s time to do a final check-in!
- Are they ready for the Fall semester?
- Have they chosen their path wisely and can they afford it?
You only have a few more weeks with your graduating seniors—take advantage of this time!

As a counselor and mother of 12, I suggest that you take this time to ask them the following:
- What are their academic and personal goals?
- How does college fit in with and feed those plans?
- How are they going to pay for college?
Help them make connections between now and someday. 
What If They Change Their Mind?
